Before you book
- Sign the e-waiver from your confirmation email before you arrive.
- Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your session, or 10 to 15 minutes before a party.
- Need to change your booking? Standard sessions can be refunded or moved once up to 48 hours before.

Booking questions
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. After booking, you will receive a link to our e-waiver in your confirmation email. For children, it must be completed by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
For standard sessions: more than 48 hours before your session you can request a refund or one change to another session. Between 24 and 48 hours before, you can make one session change. Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not attend, we cannot offer a refund or transfer. See our terms and conditions for full details.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do. You can buy gift cards online, over the phone or in person.
