Indoor climbing in Crawley for all the family
Clip 'n Climb is fun climbing. Our walls look like giant, brightly coloured games, and every one needs a different skill to master. Race a friend to the top, test your balance, or take a leap of faith. No two sessions are the same.
You don't need any climbing experience, a climbing partner or your own kit. Climbers aged 4 to 104+ can take part, as long as they weigh between 15kg and 150kg, and can be fitted with our safety harnesses.

There are 44 unique climbing challenges to take on, from gentle first climbs to walls that test even confident climbers.
How auto-belay keeps you safe
Every wall has its own auto-belay: a device fixed at the top with a special connector that clips to your harness. Here's what that means in practice.
- You get a harness. During your safety briefing, our team fits it and shows you how the clips work.
- You clip in before every climb. The mat will not release until you have safely connected to the climbing challenge.
- The tape follows you up. As you climb, the auto-belay takes in the slack, so there is never loose strap below you.
- Let go whenever you like. When you reach the top, or decide you have gone high enough, simply let go. The auto-belay lowers you gently back to the floor.
Because nobody has to hold a rope for you, families can climb side by side and everyone stays in control of their own climb. Our instructors are on hand throughout to help and encourage.
How a session works
- Book online and sign the e-waiver from your confirmation email.
- Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and check in.
- Safety briefing and harness fitting start at your booked time and take 30 minutes.
- Climb for 55 minutes and take on as many challenges as you can.
